When you make the local choice with Boxx Sanitation, you'll get the
highest level of service at the best possible value. Here’s what we offer:
Weekly Trash Service
We offer residential customers 32/35-gallon, 64-gallon, or 96-gallon service at the curb. Please have materials out for collection by 5 AM on collection day. Please do not put anything of value near your trash and recycling containers on collection day (our guys and gals are real thorough).
We'll help you stay green with an included 18-gallon recycling tote for single-stream recycling with your garbage service, meaning all recyclable materials can go in one bin. State and local laws require Wisconsin residents to recycle, so let us help. Find more recycling info from Boxx right here.
Seasonal Yard Waste Removal
Need to clear some leaves or lawn clippings? We pick up 10 bags of yard waste from residential customers – once in the spring and once in the fall during our designated week – at no extra charge. Additional bags beyond 10 will be charged on your next statement.
Please prepare yard waste and/or leaves in Kraft paper bags or compostable bags (found at your local hardware store). We will NOT take yard waste in any other bag. DO NOT put dirt, stones, brush, branches, pine needles, twigs, bark, sawdust, sod or dog feces in with compost. Please keep compost separate from trash. Do not load containers/bags over 30 lbs. – this will greatly reduce injury to our drivers.
Yard waste must be brought to the curb or alley edge otherwise it will not be collected. A separate vehicle will collect the yard waste bags the same day as your garbage or the following day. We will only be in each neighborhood once. In case of a miss-pick of your yard waste, you must call the office no later than NOON the following business day for pick up arrangements.

Large or Bulky Item Pick-Up
We'll pick up one bulk item from residential customers – once in the spring and once in the fall during our designated week – at no extra charge. Otherwise, items can be picked up throughout the year, please contact us first for a quote and pre-payment. Bulk items must be set out curbside on collection day by 5 AM (even if you have up the drive service) and will be picked up by a separate vehicle than your regular garbage.
Items not accepted for bulk pick-up are branches, brush, batteries, liquids, paints, fluorescent bulbs, tires, motor oil, hazardous waste, construction debris, appliances or electronics of any kind. Before trashing your bulk items, consider donating them. Call Hope Gospel Mission at 715-839-9498 to learn more about donations.
